Cocoonr is offering a charming house for rent, nestled in the heart of Saint-Jorioz, featuring a large garden with trees and private parking spaces.
Designed for a peaceful holiday just a stone’s throw from the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy, this welcoming house charms with its comfort. With its cosy atmosphere, it is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- Spacious living area with dining room (seats 5–6 people), lounge, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the garden/terrace.
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, espresso machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher…
- Lounge with a fireplace (for winter use only) and a Bose smart speaker.
- Utility room with wardrobe, washing machine, drying rack, raclette and fondue sets.
- Separate toilet
First floor:
- TV lounge with a desk for working from home and a single bed (90x200).
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), fitted wardrobe and access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) that can be joined to form a king-size bed.
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, double washbasins.
- Wardrobe.
Outdoors:
- 55 m² terrace and landscaped flower garden: dining table (seats 6), a relaxation/drinks area, table tennis table, parasol, awning.
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Bose speaker, outdoor games. Cot and high chair available on request.

The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Saint-Jorioz, just a 7-minute drive from the lake and the beach.

Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, experience the thrill of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town. Transport:
- The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located near the flat, provide easy access to Annecy town centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes’ drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other notes:
- The top floor, which is entirely self-contained, is occupied year-round by a very discreet tenant. Your privacy and peace and quiet are fully guaranteed
- The property is entirely non-smoking
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made up on your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Pets are not permitted in this property
