Spend your days by the heated pool, in the hot tub or sauna, gathered around the fire pit, or playing in the game room. When adventure calls, explore nearby hiking trails, waterfalls, and ski resorts like Windham (3 miles) and Hunter Mountain (8 miles).

Heated In-Ground Pool – Open April - October (weather permitting), with wraparound patio and plenty of seating. Reach out about April or October bookings to confirm pool availability. We try to open/close as early/late as possible.

Electric Sauna – Spa-like relaxation, any season.
Mini Golf Fun – 5 mini-putt holes for kids and adults to enjoy right at the house.

- Bedroom 3 – Queen bed (sleeps 2).
- Bunk Room – Queen-over-queen bunks (sleeps 4).
Lower Floor

Our property's water supply comes from a well and therefore it is important for our guests to do their best to be conscious of their water usage, especially if your party includes 10+ guests and you are renting during summer season. If you have questions, please feel free to message us!
Pets:
We do allow trained and well behaved dogs (no cats!). Please inquire with us if you plan to bring a pet and we will discuss our rules and pet fee.
Area:
The Catskills are home to deer, turkeys, groundhogs, and even black bears. While sightings are rare, please take precautions:
- Do not leave food, trash, or coolers outside – this can attract wildlife.
- Use the provided trash bins and keep them securely closed.
- Enjoy watching wildlife from a distance, but never feed or approach animals.
We take pest prevention seriously and have monthly pest service, but part of the mountain charm is sharing the landscape with its natural inhabitants.

We had an amazing stay at this location . Megan was an outstanding host—always responsive, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can really tell she pays attention to the small details.The house itself was beautiful—everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully set up. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described (if not better).We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this place and Megan as a host.
