Inside this luxe modern home, every detail is designed for comfort and style. The front sitting area welcomes you with four swivel chairs around a small table—ideal for conversation—alongside a large wraparound couch, smart TV, and a sleek wet bar for evening drinks. The kitchen feels warm and inviting, featuring stainless steel appliances, a hooded vent above the stove, and a spacious island with seating for three. Nearby, the dining area with its round table for four flows seamlessly into the second living room, where a cozy couch, two swivel chairs, and a smart TV invite relaxation. Step outside to the covered patio that wraps around the back and side of the house, offering abundant seating, a dining table for eight, and a firepit—the perfect setting for al fresco meals, laughter with friends, or simply enjoying the peaceful Carolina evenings.

This property is fairly new and impressive with its masculine modern bardominion aesthetic but lacks warmth and basic amenities for a family stay. It’s giving NASCAR party bro vibes, and if that’s your thing, you’re in luck. If you like proper cooking supplies (note: induction stove & limited cook wear), hot high pressured showers with ample towels, and an actual wood burning fire pit or garage access to store bikes, look elsewhere. Also note, this stay is run by a large scale management company who will continually pass you on to the next person with canned responses should you dare as a question. Personally, I prefer to rent from actual hosts / homeowners that don’t give you the runaround. When we asked about whether or not the part of the property that was “available for an additional fee” would be open to other people to rent during our stay, it took 5 messages, 2 phone calls and an escalation to VRBO to get an answer. (The answer is no, btw.) The massive holiday weekend markup was also a huge miss. At over 600/night for a 2/2 I felt duped. Had I know the area, and better value options would open up closer to our stay, I would’ve absolutely booked elsewhere, like on the lake - for less than this rate. The more you know!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at The Luxe Barn in Mooresville. The home was beautifully designed, very clean, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a perfect balance of modern style and comfort, and the layout worked great for our trip.Both king bedrooms were spacious and private, with ensuite bathrooms that made the stay especially convenient. We also loved the multiple living spaces, which gave us plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was well-appointed and inviting, and the outdoor patio was one of our favorite features. It was such a great spot to unwind in the evenings, enjoy the firepit, and spend time together.The location was also a huge plus. It was close to Lake Norman, local restaurants, shops, and attractions in Mooresville, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. It made for an easy and enjoyable getaway.Overall, The Luxe Barn was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable retreat near Lake Norman.

Beautiful rental. Just as pictured. Ironically, as the first reviewer, we rented this property while our hardwood floors were being replaced after a water leak during the 2025 holidays that was delayed due to not only the ice storm, but then the snow storm. Loved the outdoor area. Thank you!

High end everything and spotless. Perfect for my family for two weeks while our house 3 miles away had our wood floors sanded/restained from water damage/broken pipe.
