Cozy Lake Home - Jacuzzi King Bed Marina Access

The location is great. It is a short walk to the lake access point and a short drive to the marina. If you are booking to access the lake or rent a boat, then this is a great place to stay. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of space for up to 8 adults and children. Having a washer and dryer was also very helpful. The hosts also left a welcome gift of wine, which was very nice.

When we arrived, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the house and in the garage. There was also ash left on the pool table in the garage. As the property listing mentioned no smoking on the property, it was very surprising to walk in and experience this. I immediately contacted the host about the odor and although the host responded and said they would look into it and contact their cleaning service, nothing was ever done about it. Additionally, the amenities are in need of upgrade/repair. The cues for the pool table were in bad shape. One did not have a tip on it and the other was badly crooked, which made playing basically impossible. The table tennis side net was also in bad shape and there was only one ping pong ball. There is also a tree with low hanging branches in the driveway that need to be cut. This made it challenging to fit more than two cars.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others! It was so nice coming up to the property and such an incredible view of Lake Norman. It was a convenient location to everything in Mooresville. Shopping and restaurants were close by along with having the lake right there. Can't say it gets much better! We loved it and will definitely be staying again!

The property was comfortable, clean and well organized. We like the rooms , beds and pool table. location was great for us.

I am a cooker so the sink in the kitchen was problematic for me , without garbage disposal, there was not drinkable water , we arrive late But overall those small problems

The home was very clean and spacious.

The second bedroom was not as described. The pull out coach was not in thr second bedroom with the queen bed as in the description but was in the living room. One of the beds broke as soon as we laid down. We sent the message through booking.com at 7:30 am and we're assured the concierge was reaching out to management. After several follow ups we received a phone call at 7pm from the property management saying they wish they would have known sooner. They could have had someone come out and fixed the bed. Needless to say we were down a bed. We made it work but it wasn't ideal especially for my direct family, my in-laws, and my parents all staying under the same roof.
