The living area features a large, cozy sectional perfect for watching a game or a movie or, even better, catching the amazing sunsets. The dining space offers a built-in buffet area, with a bar sink and mini fridge to set out the gourmet meals prepared in the large, fully stocked kitchen. The living room and dining room feature glass sliders to the deck, which runs the length of the house. The main level deck features a covered area with sectional sofa seating, a Polywood table with seating for six, and two rocking chairs off the primary bedroom. There is plenty of outdoor seating for your whole group. The main level primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large smart TV, and a sitting area with a comfy sofa. Completing the primary bedroom are glass sliders with private access to the back deck, easily accessible to start your morning with a cup of coffee in the rockers. Don't forget to wind down with a cocktail, catching the breathtaking Lake Norman sunsets!Once you venture down the stairs at Ponderosa Pointe, there is a second living space with a couch, loveseat, and large, mounted smart TV.
