Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms: the spacious primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bath, a cozy queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full setup—perfect for kids or friends. • Dock and water: Typical Summer (~4-7 ft depth) Winter (~2-4ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Catawba Boat Rentals. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 1 paddleboard, and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.
🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!
⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.
🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).
🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

A very comfortable, very clean, well-maintained property in a pleasant location on Lake Norman. Low lake water levels during our stay made launching our kayaks a little more challenging, but the floating kayak launch pad here made this easy. Greatly appreciate the good written information in the house and very good communication with the rental agent before, during and after our stay. Some basics like paper towels, cooking oil, some spices, coffee (k cups and grounds & filters) were very welcome. Bedding is comfortable and nice bath towels are provided. We enjoyed the geese and their goslings each day by the dock along with other birds. The covered sun deck at the rear overlooking the lake is very pleasant morning and afternoon. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was awesome! Super clean and neat layout throughout the home. The patio/backyard area was amazing, along with the floating dock. Access to LKN was a breeze from the cove. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a month and overall I would say the property is fine. On a positive note, the house was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. The interior of the house was accurately depicted in the photos. Location of the house is good - easy access to Mooresville, shopping and nearby boat launch. Unfortunately, the posting had some inaccuracies. This pet friendly property clearly stated multiple times in the listing that the yard was "fully fenced" - but it was not. The fence was decorative (bottom fence rail was over 18" off the ground in some areas, over 12" in others) - and it was only enclosed on 3 sides leaving the side facing the water without any fencing. You cannot contain a pet with this type fencing - it is a boundary indicator only. Second, and must less of a priority- but still inaccurate, the property advertises having a paddleboard. That said, there were 4 kayaks to use - so that was nice. Kitchen has basic kitchen supplies so we ended up purchasing a number of things while we were at the home since we were cooking frequently. For a week stay the supplies would be fine. Boat dock, the property manager stated that our 23ft runabout boat would probably fit in the hoist, but unfortunately the boat lift is configured for a pontoon boat only. There are tie ups available at the side of the dock to tie up a different boat as needed and located in quiet cove.
