Guest access
You will have full private access to the condo, and shared access to the pool.
The condo is accessible by door code (provided day before check-in) or we can meet you at check-in and show you around if requested.

NOTE: This condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building

We are all about mutual respect and common courtesy. We are reasonable people, so if you have any questions or concerns, just ask. We want this home to be a great vacation spot for families just like yours for years to come.

- Check in is 4 pm CST. Check out is 11 am CST.

- Please respect our home and our neighbors. Noise travels, so please be courteous, especially during quiet hours 10pm to 8am.

- No parties or events! If you plan to invite any daytime guest other than those on the reservation, please specifically coordinate with us for awareness.

- Only the confirmed numbers of guests are allowed overnight on the property. If anything changes, let us know.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house or near any open doors or windows, this includes the balcony. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200-$400.

- We understand that accidents happen, so if something breaks, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it.

- Only toilet paper may be flushed. No sanitary products, diapers, wipes, toys, fish.

- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

-This property has a maximum of 7 people. If you bring more people (children included) than agreed upon by your reservation you could be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $25 per person per night.

- All persons MUST BE 24 years of age or older to stay in this property (this does not include children accompanied by a parent).

- Clean any spills immediately and do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on. Cutting boards are provided, please do not cut directly on the counter or stove top. Turn off all lights and fans while out to conserve energy.

- No pets allowed in the property at any time. (If you need pet sitting/boarding, let us help you.) There will be a $150 charge if you sneak in an animal of ANY kind. However, if you have a registered service animal, let us know when booking.

- Pillows, sheets, beddings, towels and nearly everything else you need is provided.

- Soaps, toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and trash liners are provided. Food and any extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest.

- Check out is easy. A few days out, you will get instructions but we won't ask you to do anything extensive, promise.

- Please do not set the air conditioner below 68°F. Setting the temperature too low can cause the system to freeze and stop working. If the A/C stops cooling, contact us immediately — do not try to reset or lower it further.
