This property, location, and view were AMAZING! The space was very large and comfortable. The balcony was roomy off the living space and primary bedroom. Having multiple beds in the second bedroom would have been perfect for a family of 5. The bathroom was incredible with the separate shower (water pressure wasn't the greatest) and the soaking, jetted tub was very relaxing. The double sinks and huge walk in closet were a bonus! The only inconvenience was that one side of the king bed was "broken" (it had a visible dent that was uncomfortable to sleep on, so my husband had to snuggle with me whether he wanted to or not (LOL) because I had to sleep in the middle of the bed.

Amenities were nice. Room was nice. Great location and view. The 10 digit door code was difficult with the lock having low batteries and the 800 number repeatedly saying "enter it faster". Luckily we escalated the issue and got a local person to stop by who was great. She came prepared with a battery and was very personable. Not sure why the wrist bands are necessary since they don't open anything. Good shells.

Beautiful location! Couldn't ask for a better location on the beach and super easy access to Pensacola beaches and Destin. The unit needs some love. The master bedroom needs a new mattress as well as the secondary bedroom. We would absolutely stay in this unit again IF the mattresses were replaced. Otherwise, will have to find a different unit. Avari Management will need to discuss with owners of unit if they want repeat visitors.
