The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing that ensures a comfortable stay. Its convenient location makes it easy to get around, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

We were accused of smoking inside our hotel room when we were NOT EVEN IN THE HOTEL at the time. When we returned, we saw people standing outside the rooms and our next door neighbour told us that the fire alarm had gone off. People on the same level literally saw us walking back to the hotel. The moment we opened our hotel room door to enter, someone immediately knocked on our door and the staff started accusing us of smoking inside the room. Thankfully, the neighbours staying on the same level helped explain to the staff that we had just returned and were not inside the room when the alarm went off. What made the situation worse was the way the staff handled it. Instead of asking us what happened or investigating properly, they were shouting, pointing at us and accusing us of something we did not do. Oh, and not to forget the staff who pressed the lift for us and opened the car door for us somehow FORGOT OUR FACES IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! We had to CANCEL our plans on Day 2 and return to the hotel just to get this matter settled. At first, we were told that the staff had no access to the CCTV and had to wait for the manager. Later, the manager said only management could access the CCTV. The whole situation was poorly managed and caused us unnecessary stress during our holiday. After checking the room, the hotel eventually told us that “dust triggered the alarm.” So after all the accusations, shouting and pointing fingers at us, it was apparently DUST? I also searched online afterwards and found discussions about guests being accused of smoking in hotel rooms and being asked to pay smoking penalties. If something like this happens to you, please protect yourself, ask for CCTV evidence and contact the Tourist Police or your embassy if necessary. The room itself was clean, and I would like to mention that the manager was nice and handled the situation much better. However, some of the staff seriously need proper training. Please ASK your guests what happened and investigate before shouting, pointing fingers and accusing them of something they did not do. This was my first time staying at a boutique hotel, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The way this incident was handled completely affected our trip and left us with a very bad experience.
