    No issues with the hostel except for the receptionist who received me when i checked in late. I mentioned to Agoda app that i will be checking in late, past 9PM. I booked a twin bed with window so i can have more space to store my stuff. The receptionist asked me if i were alone i said yes but you booked twin bed room. I said yes. Will you be sharing the room, i said no. Her tone was so rude so i changed my tone as well and reciprocated her attitude. I mentioned that i requested for twin room with window and she said all rooms with windows are in 6F. I asked if they have an elevator she said walking only. And still giving me with attitude. I told her she was being rude by the way she answered back to me and she said nothing. Funny the ff morning she was very nice. 🙄

    I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, and it was cleaned every day. It was also quiet, which made my stay even more comfortable. I also loved that the staff could speak English, especially the front desk staff. She checked on me every day and asked how my day was, which I really appreciated. Whenever I ate in the lobby, she would offer me food. Most importantly, I felt safe staying here. The service I received was more than what I paid for. I highly recommend this hostel to solo travelers as well as groups.

    pros: - very close to pratunam and centralworld (about 15 mins walk) - enough space, i choose the economy room because i had a lot of luggage but it can still fit - friendly staff - price is affordable despite the strategic location cons: - can get noisy sometimes - only 1 bathroom per floor - no lift - a bit far from bts station
