About this house rental
Welcome to our Sunlit Treasure in Key Largo. This perfect retreat offers 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with multiple twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. You'll find 2 full bathrooms, each equipped with a large multi-jet rainfall shower and all the essentials. We are pleased to offer our guests the convenience of enough toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen and bathroom soap, laundry supplies, trash bags, and some coffee essentials to get your stay started without needing to visit the close by grocery stores first. The Great Room of the house features a wide-open space with 6 counter stools, a fully equipped modern indoor kitchen, and lots of comfortable couch space to watch the 65" smart tv or play some darts, all under a soaring high wood-beamed ceiling with 2 fans. The living room area also provides extra sleeping space with 2 sofa beds. Guests can relax in the cool central AC or step outside to enjoy the spacious wraparound deck and serene surroundings. Cushioned chairs and a dining table with swinging shaded lounges invite you to relax and soak in the Keys vibe.
Full sized washer and dryer stack are in the laundry room outside. The driveway is long enough for multiple cars and a boat trailer. Covered space for approximately 22' boat.
The property is at the end of the quiet road backed by two sides of dense tropical hardwood hammock with Key Largo Sound beyond that.
Located on the Atlantic Ocean side of Key Largo, there is a community boat ramp available (add'l fee, contact owner to arrange in advance) just a block away. The boat basin opens to Key Largo Sound directly, with Florida Bay accessible via the cut under a mile north. If you head south you immediately enter John Pennecamp State Park waters, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond via South Creek.
Offshore and Inshore enthusiasts alike will find our home to be a great jumping off point for your fishing adventure. World renowned snorkel and diving spots such as Cannon Patch and Christ of the Deep are just offshore. John Pennecamp State Park is a short 3 minute drive, walkable in 15 minutes.
