About this house rental
This is Paradise! Spectacular water view takes your breath away. Our private beach makes you want to stick your toes in the white sand or let your mind drift away as you look at the water and feel the ocean breeze. This oceanfront residence has a large, sparkling swimming pool and an amazing covered built in gas barbecue area surrounded by beautiful landscaping. There are exotic orchids and numerous stunning palms throughout the property. After enjoying the day, take in a beautiful sunset as dramatic landscape lights give the property a whole other dimension. Enjoy your morning coffee in our second-story screened-in balcony or a glass of wine at dusk when the water sparkles amber gold. Either way, the view is wonderful.
This is a two story home. On the upper level, you will find a beautifully furnished open floor plan with a gorgeous kitchen, dining room, large family room, two bedrooms, and two baths. In the family room, enjoy a large flat-screen TV, cable, DVD player, wireless internet, spacious sectional leather sofa, and a separate cozy sitting area. The new fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Wake up to paradise with a stunning ocean view in the master suite, complete with king size bed, private full bath, and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, one pull-out mattress (five twin beds), and an additional flat-screen TV. The second large full bath is in the hallway accessible to all.
Our home is located right on Largo Sound which is part of John Pennekamp State Park. You can swim, fish, snorkel, kayak, canoe, wakeboard, water-ski, go boating, or see an occasional dolphin right from or home's private beach. We have a boat basin available within a short walking distance with a boat ramp and docking facility.
Our home is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. All the amenities await you in Key Largo.

Wonderful place! This house was the best of both worlds. Private but a very short drive to so much stuff the kids loved. Great food just 2-3 minutes away. The place was super clean… Beds were comfortable. Just the perfect vacation.

We had a fabulous time at this home. We have been coming down to the keys for many years and thought this house was perfect and has a beautiful view. Lillie is very responsive and wonderful. The house is very well maintained and everything at the house was in working order - I’m not sure what that one other review could have been referring to. Sheets and towels even presented like a hotel. Would definitely go back. Five stars! :)

The view in the back yard with the pool and the water is amazing. The house, though, is in need of many updates. The furniture is very uncomfortable and falling part, the beds in the guest bedroom are not for sleeping in (looks like homemade beds), pots and pans could not use; too rusty and old, worm out; only one pad for the lounge chairs of which there were 4; the refrigerator needs to be replaced as it works on half power and the door gets hot; only given one key and with guests using the downstairs bedroom we had to share the key, which was very inconvenient.
The owner, though, is very responsive. We had to have the grill, stove and washing machine replaced while we were there and she was right on it. So glad for that!! With a little more TLC on the owner's part, this is a paradise as she states. The view and the pool are wonderful, but the rest of the house needs many updates and small things taken care of.
