NEW Paradise Vacation Home! SNOWBIRD SPECIAL! Relaxation awaits you the minute you enter this new build Key Largo vacation home with a canal front swimming pool, outdoor shower and a covered outdoor living area for lounging, dining, grilling, watching TV, or playing games. Grab some bait down the street for some fishing off the private dock which has a fish cleaning table and comfortable seating to enjoy the breeze from the serene wide canal view. Manatee visits are a common occurrence and always entertaining!
The house is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom which includes a Master bedroom with its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and adjacent full bath and a large guest bedroom with a bunk bed that has a lower full-size bed and twin bed above. Beds and bed linen are top-grade quality. All the rooms have smart TVs, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and Sonos System downstairs. Our property is completely fenced for privacy with beautifully maintained landscape and coconut palms. The L-Shaped dock provides for jets skis on one side and the other up to a 28 ft boat.
This property is located only 60 minutes from Miami Airport or 90 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The home is located near many restaurants that you can enjoy by boat or by car such as Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill, The Fish House, Gilberts, Shipwrecks Bar & Grill, Snooks and many more. The well-known John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is located minutes away where you can enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, glass bottom boat rides or just sit on the beach and relax. The location allows for a day trip down to Key West exploring the different islands along the way, or even up to Miami which is only an hour’s drive away.

We really enjoyed staying at Snowbird Paradise during the month of November 2025! The house is pristine and the pool and dock are perfect for family gatherings outdoors. We really loved the house and will be back!
