House is very tidy and well organised. You have all your necessities. Lovely neighbours. Leo was extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs

Beautifully decorated terraced property in a quiet village. Clean and tidy, with spacious rooms especially the attic room with new style bathrooms.

Parking opposite was confusing with the neighbours. Local pub / train station aren’t walkable!

The property itself was lovely and as expected. The rooms are cosy, the living space was nice and comfortable. The staff and neighbours are friendly and the location is also good. The owner is helpful and was sympathetic when things went a little bit awry on day one, and the cleaning staff is also a very nice lady. The bath tub for those like such a set up is great. There’s good security measures. The water pressure for example is good and honestly, you can drink straight from the tap (very light and almost sweet water). A nice little set and worth a visit for sure!

The only problem was that it wasn’t cleaned when we first arrived. For any future travellers, I would urge to check and ensure it’s sorted. Apparently it was something to do with the booking system that didn’t communicate with the owner properly. However, it must also be said that both the owner, and the cleaning staff later did all possible to resolve the issues and offered compensation. Must be a comms error somewhere that lead to initial frustration as we were travelling with disable, elderly and children.

We liked the house and the living space it provided was more than enough to accomodate us (3 adults and 4 children) The bathrooms were beautifully decorated and the towels were luxurious.

It didn't feel like anyone had been there for a while. It was fairly clean but it was clear it hadn't only just been cleaned. The boiler was not working on arrival and whilst the host did get someone out to fix it, we were without heating and hot water for 6 hours. We felt this should've been checked before we arrived.
