Staff were very warm, checkin and out were efficient. Facilities more than adequate - pool, gym, restaurant, bar, ktv, beach chairs, guarded parking etc. Room was large, clean and comfy as well. Just 1 quirk... The toilet door badly needs fixing, it can't close tightly and it's extremely hard to slide ooen/close.

Great service with a smile. Great food selection in the restaurants with excellent happy hour selections. Short walk to other local eateries. Staff will go above board to make sure you are happy. They also make time to entertain and chat to our teenagers!

Wonderful stay at Grand Southsea Khao Lak
We had an amazing stay at Grand Southsea in Khao Lak. The hotel is beautifully located right by the beach, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff truly stood out – always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with a smile.
We would absolutely recommend Grand Southsea to anyone visiting Khao Lak and would happily stay here again.
