Localização junto ao rio, perto de todos os serviços, restaurantes, lojas e transportes, no simpático bairro de Chamonix Sud.

Sofá cama grande e confortável mas molas fazem algum barulho quando nos mexemos. Pena não ter varanda. Mas estúdio é muito simpático e bem localizado.

Location.... perfect. But that's all.

The place was not clean, the duvets and bedsheets didn't look like they were freshly washed as they're were hair on bedsheets. The sponge scourer was very dirty. The kettle was not cleaned. The parking is a nightmare. The parking is shared by multiple residents and it is difficult to find a spot. We had to wait for a couple of hours before we found a spot. (There is additional parking next to the apartment but this was not informed to us earlier). The apartment window is right on a walkway so feels unsafe to keep it open at night and no fans were provided.
