Geen airco in beneden verdieping (dus geen bruikbare vierde slaapkamer) . Kapotte airco in derde slaapkamer.

This is an excellent property with friendly and incredibly helpful hosts. The villa itself offers wonderful views, a variety of comfortable social spaces, an excellent BBQ area as well as a private swimming pool. We were very impressed to find the villa fully equipped with everything we needed including bug spray! The property is split in two with an under-build apartment providing the perfect accommodation for larger groups who want a separate private space. The main town of Moraira is approximately a 20 minute walk with El Portet beach being under 15 minutes, however, the walk is a little hilly. We had an amazing week staying here and highly recommend it!

The only small improvements that we noticed would be the addition of air conditioning in the downstairs apartment (fans were provided but it was a little warm at night) as well as a few more sun loungers by the pool (there were only 4 when we were there) to match the number of guests the property sleeps.
