Escape to this beautifully presented, spacious luxury villa in the highly sought-after El Portet area of Moraira on the Costa Blanca — the perfect setting for an unforgettable family holiday. Sleeping up to 10 guests plus a cot, with a highchair available, the villa is ideal for families seeking space, comfort, and a relaxing coastal escape.
Perfectly positioned just a 3-minute drive from El Portet Beach and 5 minutes from Moraira town centre and main beach, the villa offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, exclusive setting with easy access to the coast, restaurants, and amenities.
Designed for relaxed outdoor living, the villa features a large bespoke summer kitchen and bar area, two large barbecues, dining space for up to 13 guests, 10 sun loungers, and generous terraces throughout. With 7 terraces in total, including a rooftop terrace, there are plenty of places to unwind, enjoy a drink, and take in the beautiful views across Moraira.
The villa is spread across 3 floors and offers a wonderful balance of indoor comfort and outdoor lifestyle. Families will appreciate the safe grass area for children, while everyone can enjoy the full-size table tennis table, dart board, and American pool table in the covered games area.
The inviting swimming pool is complemented by an outdoor walk-in shower, and the large terrace creates the perfect space for lazy days in the sun. A covered naya provides additional shaded seating and dining areas, with optional parasols and blinds for extra comfort.
Inside, the villa offers 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 5 bathrooms including 2 en-suite, a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, and a fully fitted modern kitchen with German appliances. Additional comforts include fast fibre-optic WiFi, satellite TV, hot and cold air conditioning, and central heating.
For peace of mind, the property also includes an alarm system, safety deposit box, first aid cabinet, and secure electric-gated parking, with additional parking available on the quiet road outside.
All linen, towels, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. The property is officially registered with the Valencia Tourist Board in accordance with Spanish law.

The Waterfalls of Algar are spectacular, and well worth a trip to see them. Set in a natural beauty spot among big mountains, 45 mins from Moraira on the road to Callosa from Taberna.
CAVES - Cuevas del Canelobre - Situated about 24kms northeast of Alicante, near Busot the “Cuevas Del Canelobre” are well worth a visit. The huge chamber is open daily for visits, and at times is used for concerts and Folk Festivals. The “Cova De Les Calaveres” (Skull Cave) is situated near the village of Benidolieg, inland from Denia.
GO KARTING - Moraira. The best place and the best way to enjoy speed and races. They have karts for all ages.

CUMBRE DEL SOL This is a nice place for an afternoon out. It's only 5 min's out of Moraira on the Benitachell Rd, turning right at Rusty's bar. There are several walking routes, all with viewpoints for some impressive views. There are beautiful hidden bays along the coastline, most of which you can walk down to.
Playa del Portet - A small cove with a sandy beach crystal clear waters and a few restaurants near by, only 5 min's from Moraira town.
Playa de l'Ampolla - situated by the castle (Moraira) with a gentle shelving sandy beach. Bars and cafes all close by.
Cala Fustera - Sandy bay, good for swimming. Bars and a restaurant.

Moraira's market is held in the big car park in Moraira town, it starts early on Friday mornings. Calpe's market is on a Saturday morning.

Many thanks to Rob and Amanda for allowing us to stay in their beautiful luxury Villa.
A beautiful, stylish, and relaxing haven with stunning views. Ideal for a family holiday. We enjoyed the different shaded areas to sit and relax and although we were a party of 10 adults we still had enough space to sunbathe or escape for some peace. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the games area which kept the males in our group occupied and fuelled their competitive natures. We loved the BBQ area and the outside bar, especially on an evening. The area where the villa is situated is very quiet and peaceful.
The Villa itself is spacious, well equipped and stylish with an air of tranquility. Everything has been well thought out and beautifully maintained. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable.
We loved the nearby Town of Moraira with its beautiful sea views and abundance of restaurants and bars. The town is more relaxed and ideal for those wanting some late evenings in a more sedate environment. Perfect. We only realised a few days into the trip that you can order online from the local Mercadona supermarket and arrange a delivery. Better selection than the Aldi. Rob was an attentive host. So helpful informative and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic host. Many thanks to Rob and Amanda for everything. We would recommend this Villa and hope to visit again.

We have been travelling to Moraira on and off for 20 years and this villa was by far the cleanest and most well equipped villa we have stayed in. There has been some serious attention to detail which made the villa more homely and less like a holiday let. Communication from the owner Robert was also high end, from the booking process right through to ensuring our arrival was seamless and that everything was to our satisfaction. We will have no hesitation in booking this property again, in fact we are already checking dates for 2019 ! Highly recommend!
