Beautiful villa "Javier", 2 storeys. 2 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2.8 km from the sea, 2.8 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Ampolla" 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km, golf course (12 hole) 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
