Cozy new studio with Free parking place in Garage

The parking facility was very convenient for us. The location is good and the apartment looks nice, with a modern & smart design. We appreciated the little chocolates on the table.

I personally didn't feel comfortable on the suspended bed (never slept in one before, so I just found out) - but nothing to do with the accommodation or hosts, just a personal feel. My husband, on the other hand, loved it. The cleanliness could be improved, but it was not bad at all overall.

Stan je lep, smesten u staroj zgradi ali renoviran. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena, u kupatilu je masina za pranje i susenje vesa. Kreveti i jastuci su udobni. Bezbedan parking u garazi se nalazi na 100 m od apartmana. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom odlicna. Na 150 m se nalazi stajaliste tramvaja koji idu ka centru, a ako vas ne mrzi laganim hodom za 30 min stizete do svih znamenitosti.

Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.

The parking situation was a bit annoying, but obviously better than nothing. The space itself was fine, with some nice touches. The washer/dryer was a nice perk, and two detergent pods were even included.

The location is quite loud, and the apartment is right off the buildings "courtyard" and entryway, and unfortunately the walls/windows don't offer much sound protection. Even with ear plugs, we could still hear yelling, screaming, laughing, conversations, etc., all day/night. Not all windows have curtains either, which means there is light shining in all morning/night as well, so definitely bring a sleep mask. The bed itself was fairly uncomfortable, so that, combined with the noise, and the light, made for a poor night's rest. Communication could have been much better, and the setup with the garage and only having a single key, led to quite a bit of frustration. It's also quite far from the center, which I suppose I should have researched a bit more beforehand, so I don't consider that a problem on their part. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I was glad we only booked one night.
