Very nice owner, coffee, tea, shower gel, towels you name it. Apartment fully equipped ready to live. Good location, near public transport, underground garage assigned.

The sofa in the living room, which we slept on, was quite hard. That’s the only downside.

Even though there is an AC in the apartment, it's important to have in mind that it essentially doesn't work when it's really hot outside. It's a single unit AC (that is known not to be very efficient compared to split AC). We kept it on from 2pm to 10pm (on high setting, with all windows closed), and the apartment was still horribly hot. We hardly managed to sleep.
