The Studio - Beauty on Birchwood

It was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was bright, modern, and well-equipped with everything i needed, comfortable bed and quality linens to a fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout.

Perfect location. Very near Te Awa bike trail. Hosts were wonderful. It was lovely to arrive and the heater was on. Everything was spotless. Would definitely stay here again

We so enjoyed our stay three weeks ago, that we returned to this lovely studio on our trip to complete the Te Awa River Trail. Comfy bed, quirky bathroom with a super shower. Full kitchen complete with an oven and very well equipped. The studio was cosy and light filled even on a very crisp autumn morning.

Cozy light filled studio apartment with a sunny private outside space. Well equipped with a full kitchen (not often found in studios) and a fantastic bathroom with great shower. The bed was super comfy. Located in a quiet semi rural residential area, it was close to good cafes (Punnet is a must to visit) with a small supermarket at the end of the lane. It is only minutes from the Te Awa River Trail ride and an easy drive to Hamilton Gardens and Hamilton town centre. Sharlene and Scott were great to deal with.
