Central House - Modern Apartment

- The house is very clean and has very modern interior design. - It is located near city center, so there is easy access to the shops. - It also has an open-plan kitchen which includes a dishwasher. - It is a good starting point for hikes.

- Even if is there is enough space for 4 persons, the house rules are strict about this and maximum 2 persons are allowed. We were 3 and the the owner allowed us to stay for a quite high extra of 1/3 of the reservation price, but he did not seem happy about it. That being said, we should have read the instructions more carefully. - The kitchen is very well equipped in terms of appliances, but it has only one very large kitchen knife and one pan. This makes cooking even simple things much harder. - The thermoregulator for the room temeprature resets automatically every 4 hours to 20*C, so the the temperature inside is usually around 18*C, which is quite low. It has to be checked constantly. - The shower drain was clogged, so we had to be careful not to allow water to accumulate. It must be checked and cleaned more frequently.

The apartment was very clean, looks exactly as in the pictures, it's very functional and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed. The self check in and check out were straight forward, with clear and easy instructions. The host was very responsive.
