The Mountain View - no children

The location is absolutely stunning - everywhere you look, it's a gorgeous view of the mountains, an authentic and breathtaking experience that is best fit for someone looking to relax and recharge their life batteries. There's only one room that's rented out so you can enjoy the place in your own way, without worrying about security or noise levels. The room is tall, cozy, with a big comfortable bed with a perfect duvet and 4 pillows to chose from (and additional blankets just in case you full comfort is not yet met). There were currently 3 kind and playful dogs outside to welcome us every time we went outside (as well as 2 cats that came occasionally to eat). But what made our experience beyond expectation was how the hosts treated us. They are a warmhearted couple, who made us feel like royalty - even cooked for us every single meal (so we never actually left the place) - and let me tell you - the food was above restaurant level. We recharged more here in 2-3 days (just the 2 of us) than we did in 10 days in Greece at an all-inclusive at the beach (with a toddler). Absolutely recommend the experience! PS: the sunrise from behind the mountains that can be seen from the room is absolutely spectacular

A small warning - the road is not for beginner drivers! If you're planning on coming in the winter time (or late autumn), make sure to read the details about the requirements (snow chains) and recommendations (4x4 traction; no low cars). The last couple of minutes before reaching the location is actually an unpaved road.

Perfectly located on the edge of the national park, with excellent views overlooking the valley. The hosts were very welcoming and the home cooked food was delicious. A great place to relax.

For me, a solo traveller, being in the home stay element worked well and it was nice to socialise with the hosts over food and in the kitchen. However, this might not suit everyone.

Przepiękna lokalizacja przy parku Piatra Craiului z widokiem na masyw Bucegi. Blisko do szlaku na La Om oraz tras rowerowych. Pokój z pięknym widokiem w mieszkaniu właścicieli. Na miejscu wszystko czego potrzeba. Na podwórku sympatyczne psy :)

Liniște, curățenie, mâncare bună, decor de vis plus gazde de nota 10. Ne-am simțit minunat. Ne dorim să revenim.
