Locul este tare frumos, căsuța arată bine, este suficient de spațioasă, patul confortabil, lenjeria curată. Ai un sentiment plăcut de intimitate.
Unele mici detalii mai "scârțâie" și ar putea face acest loc de-a dreptul minunat.

Amplasarea, verdeața din împrejurimi, liniștea.
Lipsa grijei oentru detalii: De exemplu la baie nu exista usa, doar o perdea de dus, dat fiind faptul ca baia era langa bucatarie/dormitor. Pe strada nu exista nicio sursa de lumină. Pânze de paianjen in camera, pe la toate sursele de lumina, sertar rupt la birou, iar dulapurile nu aveau polite, dar nici umerașe. Sursa de lumina de la baie nu era funcțională, insa la solicitarea noastra, a fost schimbată.

Locatia era frumoasa, multa iarba verde in jur, acces rapir catre localitati mai mari , de interes. Bine izolata fonic. Masina a putut fi parcata foarte aproape

A picat curentul intr o noapte, aeroterma nu încălzește corespunzător un cort mare, bucătărie lipsă, măcar un minim de condiții, toaleta dezamăgitoare
