Spacious apartment. Bedrooms had electrical plug adaptors. Roof top patio was a very nice perk.
Apartment in a very central location within the old city walls. There is a market right underneath it and 2 others within a stone throw distance.
Private keyed entrance.
Management communication was great, they were very accommodating!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We had a baby, and when she crawled around on the tiled floor her knees got a little dirty. The bedrooms and living room were very clean hardwood floors. Just the foyer and kitchen were tiled. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!
Another minor thing, One bathroom had slow drainage from sink and tub.

Very central location in Nicosia, everything is easily reachable by food. The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. There is a free public parking around the corner. The host sent us all useful information in advance and was reactive to questions we had. With the key box, the check-in/-out procedure is simple.
Since it happened to be an unusually chilly period in Nicosia, the apartment was nearly as cold as the outdoors. It took us some time to realize that the A/C could be used for heating - especially important if you plan to spend extended time inside. Also note that, being in the city center, you are inevitably exposed to outdoor noise.
