Schönes Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großem Balkon. Alles sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber gute Dusche. Waschmaschine funktioniert. Einrichtung zweckmäßig und vollkommen in Ordnung. Lage perfekt. Fenster mit Fliegengitter und verdunkelnde Rollos.

Situació perfecta per a conèixer Nicòsia. Hi ha un pàrking a bon preu per a deixar el cotxe i restaurants i museus molts propers. La frontera a la part nord de la ciutat a peu està a cinc minuts i en cotxe a vint. Si fa bon temps, la terrassa és molt agradable i el carrer és molt tranquil. Els llits són molts còmodes i la neteja era molt acurada,
Calen algunes renovacions d'alguns elements de fàcil solució com la porta del lavabo, renovar el sofà, els coxins de les cadires de la cuina i reparar el desaigüe de la terrassa.

Le uniche cose positive sono la posizione, centralissima, ed il wifi perfettamente funzionante
Pulizia mediocre, divano sporco, sedie cucina sporche, balcone cucina sporco. Bagno piccolissimo, 2 mq, con porta rotta e tavoletta wc rotta. Cucina piccola e poco attrezzata . Difficile cucinare e/o mangiare se si è in più di due. Una camera con tenda rotta. Arredo da esterno rotto o fatiscente Nel complesso l'appartamento si trova in un palazzo fatiscente, è stato ristrutturato in economia e richiede diverse riparazioni e pulizie approfondite.
