City Centre Studio Apartments Nicosia

Loved absolutely everything, This is my third time at this property through booking.com but I have extended my stay several times. I won't stay anywhere else in the Town Center in Nicosia. The apartments have everything you need and are extremely comfortable. The facilities are top notch - spotlessly clean and at the same time perfectly located just off of Ledra Street near the Ledra Street checkpoint. There is a nice grocery store just around the corner, an ATM steps away, free laundry on site, a fast elevator, cold a/c (warm heat in the winter), great water pressure with hot water in the shower, extremely fast and reliable wifi - and best of all, extremely fast communication and excellent customer service from Menelaos and Eleni. Once I found City Centre Studios, I didn't bother shopping around anymore. I work remotely and this is the perfect location. I've never had an issue with wifi, it's fast enough for me to work remotely while also screen mirroring to stream to the tv at the same time. You can stay for a few days or a few weeks. It's extremely comfortable, they've thought of every detail. I've stayed in several places around Nicosia and you cannot beat the value for quality. I almost don't want to write another positive review because I don't want this place to become fully booked. But it's an incredible property and I'm always surprised when they have room for me on short notice. Incredibly property with an amazing property manager and staff. I'll be back again and again.

This was my second stay at City Centre Studio Apartments and I won’t stay anywhere else in Nicosia. Location is fantastic, just steps from the Ledra crossing. Very fast and easy communication with Menelaos throughout, he even greeted me personally helped with my luggage, gave me free laundry detergent made sure I had everything I needed. I left a previous review and mentioned a security concern with another guest being able to access my room. I am trying to take down that review because I am certain that I didn’t close the door fully behind me and the other guest simply entered their own code and leaned on the door. I have NO concerns about security and am sorry that I wrote it in a review instead of contacting management to express the concern and realize that I was the one at fault. This is an extremely secure building. Bed is super comfortable, water pressure is fantastic, and the water gets very hot if you want hot water. Air conditioning is ice cold, so is the fridge. Everything was spotlessly clean, the laundry facilities are great, fast elevator - I was extremely happy with everything about the apartment and staff. Excellent value all around. I will definitely stay again. There is a very well-stocked grocery store right around the corner, an ATM just next to the building, everything is just so easy here. The pillows are crazy comfortable and you can stream from your phone or laptop to the tv – the wifi is fast and reliable, I worked remotely with no issues. Really can't be beat, I’m shocked that the price is so low for such a nice stay in a wonderful location. Twice now I’ve been blown away by the property and the management. Thank you, Menelaos and the entire staff here! I look forward to returning.
