The property has everything you need, is very clean and comfortable and is located 5 mins walk (down some stairs) to the commercial centre (bars, shops and restaurants). The owner of the property is very polite and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.
Only absolute tiny downside I could mention if being super picky is that you cannot use lilos in the swimming pool.

Pretty much everything. Anything that you could conceivably need for a week's stay was readily available and all you needed to do was buy food. Very helpful when trying to get into the property, plus very patient after I misread the instructions.
Wifi is not very good, although the wired broadband connection ran the smart tv with no problems.
