Está todo impecable la decoración Está enfocada al barbero de Sevilla. Es silencio, acogedor y muy cómodo. El dueño, Juanma Está pendiente de todo y está muy bien organizado para llegar, coger las llaves y luego para irte. Unca calle llena de árboles, y sitio para aparcar.
Todo lo encontré perfectamente para hacer sentir al inquilino bien en todo momento.

Квартира, да и целый дом новый и свежий в районе Calle Afan de Ribera 202! В квартире были все удобства на пять человек! Очень чистая и современная! Вокруг очень много продуктовых магазинов! Прямь возле дома находиться остановка автобуса 26, на котором можно добратся до центра города! Если еще быстрей хочется можно и на метро, станция метро La Plata находится совсем близко! Особо хочется отметить хозяина обьекта Juanma! Очень много помогал и разрешал все вопросы! Большой респект! Супер хозяин!
Понравилось все. Единственное посоветовал бы еще добавить маленькую сушилку для белья!

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Está muy bien equipado, con todos los detalles muy cuidados. Tiene secador y plancha de pelo y plancha para la ropa. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ubicación está muy bien porque esta cerca de la salida a la autopista y a 15 min del centro.

Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto ció che serve. Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro. Check-in veloce con codice. Juanma è stato disponibile rispondendo in maniera rapida.
