La ubicación y la distribución del espacio.

La ubicación, y la amabilidad d el señora Lidia y las profesionales del aseo, que nos esperaron y recibieron 2 horas antes del check-in.
En general el piso es muy viejo, y sin cariño por la renovación. Necesita urgente un cambio en todo el inmobiliario, paredes, piso, con artefactos desactualizados, donde el automático salta (energía eléctrica) por usar más de 4 elementos eléctricos. Lámparas de los veladores, incluidos éstos, rotos y en mal estado. Se escucha la descarga del baño del piso superior, y al llover, sigue escuchándose el goteo dentro del closet del dormitorio pequeño. La puerta corredera que da al pequeño patio, está trabada, tv antigua, al igual que lavadora, etc, etc.
