The house was exceptionally decorated, clean and well maintained. The house comfortably held our family of 10. It is in a prime location next to the beach and the centre of exmouth. Our host was very helpful and communication was very good.

Fantastic location just off the seafront & marina area with parking! Less than 10 mins walk from town. Very good quality furnishings with comfy beds & soft towels. Very clean throughout and beautifully decorated. Very good communication from owner. Highly recommend!!

Large, well equipped
Nothing we didn’t like but needs a larger bin and fridge for that many people. For the weekend we managed but if it was a longer stay with a bigger food shop we would have struggled

Excellent location, comfortable beds, great showers, well decorated and well equipped - all in all a great house. Nikki provided a nice welcome pack and provided parking for 2 cars. Also appreciated that she got in touch to check that we had all we needed on the first morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
