The cleaning lady who also stays there was a bit rude. There were some incidents with other local people staying there who were very rude and ended up calling the police on one of the travellers. Put a bit of a damper on the stay. The place itself is quite nice. The facilities are good and the place neat and a decent backpackers overall. Could improve by listening to the concerns of customers better. And treating them with greater care and respect.
There isn’t a reception. The lady who is there to clean and care for the place is rude to certain residents/travellers

La ubicación ; es silencioso para dormir.
Descuidado, hay pocos baños y el inodoro de abajo estaba despegado del suelo , en la cama que me asignaron no servía el enchufe , solo me dieron un cable extensión que no funcionó. Como el baño estaba ocupado la mayor parte del tiempo tuve que ir al Smartfit
