Facilidade em estacionar
O quarto " improvisado" do terraço tem um quarto de banho com um aspeto no minimo duvidoso, a base de duche tem muito mau aspeto, o lavatório muito pequeno com uma tomada eletrica mesmo por cima do mesmo e o interruptor do ventilador ao lado o que em termos de segurança deixa duvidas. A porta de entrada do quarto deixa passar a luz pela manhã, abana com o vento. O sofá pouco confortavel e os bancos que serve o balcão de refeições estão muito estragados. O outro quarto de banho que serve os dois quartos a sanita está descolada. Precisa de intervenção e sobre tudo manutenção.
