We loved the location and the thought the owners put into the property. It was very nice and very comfortable. We loved the space, the hot tub, the game room- it was thoughtful that coffee, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags and Q tips, body wash, shampoo etc were provided
Nothing. We were woken up 2 nights by the neighbors but I think we just happened to be next to some young guys who obviously didn’t understand you should not start a party outside at 1am. It would be nice to have a couple camp chairs in the game room. Beach towels for the hot tub would be nice. Or add on an extra package were one could rent a cooler etc for a beach day.

Kanab is a wonderful little town conveniently located for Bryce and Zion
It was listed as 3 bath and it is only 2 1/2 This was tough for 3 couples Listing should be changed King bed in master is very high, only one sink in master instead of 2. Management company that assisted was not attentive to our needs with a dead bird in patio area, it remained for our whole stay… yuck
