Very cool restores older farmhouse style home with a nice yard, fire pit, etc. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Good parking. Good comms from the rental agency.
Upon arrival there were bugs everywhere in the house. My wife and I killed and cleaned up at least 100 little beetles. The property manager was responsive and apologetic, explaining that a bark beetle infestation was plaguing the region. Once the initial lot was cleaned up, more beetles came but in much fewer numbers. The property should do a bug check before guests arrive.
