It was well set up very clean and had everything I needed for my 3 nights stay. The location is great, has a coffee shop just downstairs. Accessibility to the flat was super straightforward and easy to get into.
I travelled to Riga to race at an event called HYROX as an athlete for me sleep is extremely important. Unfortunately the idea of a sofa bed within the apartment was not ideal and was not big enough for me to actually fit on the bed. I am 5 11” / 179cm tall and my feet was off from the bed as well as it felt harder to sleep on so I struggled a little with comfort.

The apartment was accumulating clean, compact but everything you need. Only issue was the sofa bed.
I was aware that it had a sofa bed but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are over 5ft 8. Our feet hung off the end of the bed. I’m not sure why they have not replaced it with a bed? Extra pillows and a tea towel would have been handy as we were unable to put away our cups after washing up on our last day. There were paper towels but it stuck to the cups.

Sehr schönes und modernes Appartement in der obersten Etage zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Das Appartement hatte ein Gäste-WC und ein Duschbad mit weiterem WC, eine bequeme Couch und ein schönes Schlafzimmer. Die kleine Pantryküche hatte alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien. Irina, die Vermieterin, war immer via Mail zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Parkplätze waren in der Nähe zum Abstellen des Autos vorhanden. Die Lage des Appartements war in Ordnung.
Die Beleuchtung im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer war extrem hell und nicht einladend. Schade.

La ubicación y que todo es nuevo en el estudio. Atención rápida cuando fue requerido el anfitrión para ello, fuese para dar respuesta positiva o negativa a las peticiones.
Falta de enseres básicos como una escoba o fregona. Habiendo sido solicitados se me dijo que no y que en todo caso ese servicio se contrataba aparte. No hay cama. Es un sofá-cama pero en las fotografías se mezclan imágenes de todas las estancias y lleva a confusión. En algunos hay camas y en otros no. La wi-fi ha fallado mucho. No es culpa del anfitrión, el cual la reparó rápido siempre, pero es cierto que la señal de internet se cortó frecuentemente. A última hora se me informó de un impuesto local extra por valor de 30 euros.
