Premium Design, Renovated 2024 Free parking

Very clean, comfortable,quiet at night ( windows towards backyard) , very close to the train station and 15-20 minutes walk to old town. Supermarket (open also on Sunday) just next door. Definitely to be recommended!

Appartement was heel nieuw en netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. De instructies die we kregen waren duidelijk en volledig. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 1 km van de Oude stad, dus is een goede uitvalsbasis om Riga te verkennen. Parkeren was gratis en naast het appartementencomplex.

We waren met 4 personen (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) en moesten daardoor ook gebruik maken van de bedbank (dit wisten we wel van te voren), deze was wel erg hard.

Jelena and her husband have done a truly unbelievable job renovating their apartment. They obviously have great vision and taste, they used only top quality materials (including lighting, plumbing, flooring, appliances, shower enclosure, etc.) and chose expert contractors to do all the installations. In short, the online photos don't do the place justice - you have to see it to believe it. In addition, Jelena is extremely friendly and responsive even when I asked questions about information she had already clearly provided in previous emails. Access was easy and the apartment faces a rear courtyard so very quiet at night even with the bedroom windows open. The location is a very manageable walk to the heart or the historic Old Town and the easy access free parking is a valuable bonus. In short, don't bother looking further - if this apartment is available when you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Riga, book it immediately, you'll be glad you did.
