This beachfront complex has everything guests look for in a coastal getaway, with direct beach access just steps away and a prime location along The Strand. Enjoy two ocean-view hot tubs—perfect for relaxing at sunset—and the convenience of a gated community with secure underground parking. The property features a private patio, a well-maintained setting, and a shared courtyard/common area. You'll also be within easy walking distance of the Oceanside Pier, local restaurants, and shops, making it a great mix of comfort, location, and laid-back resort-style amenities. Inside, the bright and open living space includes a full kitchen, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, WiFi, and a private washer and dryer for added convenience. The condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and the second bedroom offering two twin beds. Please note: This home does not have A/C. Decibel-level monitors are in place to help maintain a peaceful environment, and guests will need to use their own streaming accounts for entertainment services. Vacation Rental Contract You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners. Pretty much any problem I had was with the property management, not with the property itself. A number of items on the ad were incorrect (e.g., a pool and sauna was listed but were not there, a queen bed is listed for the master but it is a full-size bed, two different times are listed as the beginning of quiet hours, and, most annoyingly, the parking spot numbers were incorrect so I spent four days trying to get the correct ones.) The location is amazing! The property was clean and inviting and the folks at the complex are very nice and helpful. There is quite a learning curve when you first arrive-don't ever go ANYWHERE without that key!
