Great ocean views from the whole unit! 4th floor (2nd residential floor) facing right at the beach. The kitchen is remodeled. Here is your chance to get one of the best views for your North Coast Village vacation!!
The property is a one-bedroom ocean view unit. It faces southwest (perpendicular to the ocean) with white water views from all of the windows and even as you walk in the front door. Listen to the cashing waves and watch sail boats slide by. The remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and completely new cherry wood cabinets is stocked with dishes, plates, pans and other necessities for meal preparation.
You can also enjoy the great view while lying in the king size bed (every window looks straight at the ocean). Additionally, there is a queen size fold out sofa in the living room. Listen to the waves and enjoy your view of white water and beach. You don't have to go out on your balcony or get you binoculars to see this great view.
The bathroom vanity is also new
North Coast Village features two pools, two Jacuzzis, ping pong, billiards, recreation and exercise room, laundry facilities, sauna and putting green, community BBQ area, all located on lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls. This is a gated community, with underground security parking for each condo. None of North Coast Village's units have A/C but the ocean location provides for moderate weather.
The property is located right on the Oceanside Beach. Enjoy playing in the waves, surfing, or a walking on the beach to the pier or to the Marina. Fishing is free from the pier. The property has a putting green, lush landscaping with koi ponds, fitness club, recreation room, laundry room and indoor parking. Oceanside is close to both the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND and all the sites of San Diego.

The check in and check out process was very smooth. the unit was clean and welcoming. the area was great. Overall we loved our stay. Definitely will be back again. Already recommended to all family and friends.

More information is needed to navigate around the complex. Ex. Home to exit to the beach. Nothing is marked properly. Also information on how to use the laundry would be helpful. As far as the unit it needed some maintenance. Drains were slow and shower head was inadequate. Ants were present also. The views were great and access to the beach great once you find your way out.
