2519 Villamare is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath villa located on the fifth floor of the oceanfront Villamare community in Palmetto Dunes. Positioned in a central location within the complex, this villa offers peaceful views of the resort grounds with views of the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.
Upon arriving at Villamare, you'll enjoy covered parking and elevator access to the villa. Inside, the foyer opens into the main living area, where natural light and sliding glass doors create a bright and inviting space.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar, offering a comfortable space for preparing meals during your stay. The adjacent dining and living areas include ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony where you can enjoy the island breeze and partial ocean views.
The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and updated vanity. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and access to a full guest bathroom, providing a comfortable setup for families or groups.
Located within the gated Palmetto Dunes Resort, guests are just a short walk to the beach via private community access and can enjoy 2 complimentary hours of tennis or pickleball daily at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center.

- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street.

We enjoyed this condo immensely. The unit is well-appointed with adequate kitchen utensils, plenty of linens, and a bonus closet packed with board games and beach toys. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Property grounds were beautifully maintained and the private pools were clean and serene. Would love to stay here again!

My primary reason for a reduced star rating is the property management company. The condo itself was lovely and as described, but the renovations projects at Villamare were much more extensive than described in the listing. We were told to expect, "some scaffolding and painting." Instead we were greeted with:-loud hydraulic equipment that prevented us from enjoying sitting on our balconies. -workers taking their breaks sitting on our guest room balcony. -all internal pathways torn up for renovations. - muddy parking lots crowded with construction equipment. -a flat tire on our morning of departure from construction debris in the parking garage. When I spoke with the management company the morning after our arrival, they stated that there would be follow up before my departure and that something would be done for us to address the issues. I missed a call from the company and returned it the same day, then texted two days later. I emailed a week after our stay and I have received no explanation, follow up or attempt to resolve our issue.I am very frustrated in the lack of communication or concern. I believe in resolving things directly rather than ranting, threatening or leaving scathing online reviews. It is disappointing that an attempt to resolve this issue with reason and kindness has been ignored. So, this is my honest review of the management company. On a positive note, the renovations to the exterior were needed and look to be very nice.
