-Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability – please ask in advance.
-Please inform us of late check-ins or early departures in advance.

-No parties or events allowed, if parties are thrown then there will be a payable charge of £2500.00
-No smoking inside the property – this includes cigarettes, vapes, and shisha.
-No pets unless prior permission is given.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – please respect neighbors.
-Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
-Keep all windows and doors closed when not at home.
Turn off lights, AC/heating, and appliances when not in use.
🧼 Cleanliness & Care
-Please treat the home with care and respect.
-Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
-Dispose of rubbish in the correct bins provided.
Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout.
🔐 Security & Safety
-ID will be required to submit via third party.
-Always lock the door when leaving the property.
-Do not tamper with smoke detectors, alarms, or security devices.
-Property must be use for legal purposes only.
-No firearms, explosives, fireworks, or hazardous materials are permitted on the premises.
-Illegal activity = immediate eviction and forfeiture of all fees.
-Cost exceeding the deposit will be billed to the guest.
💻 Wi-Fi & Utilities
-Wi-Fi details will be shared at check-in.
-Downloading illegal content is strictly prohibited.
-Be mindful of excessive utility use (heating, water, electricity).

I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a good experience. The place is modern and in excellent condition, and most areas of the property were very comfortable with no complaints. Communication with the support team was smooth, they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The kitchen was much smaller than expected; it’s difficult for more than two people to be in there at the same time. Additionally, the listing mentioned a dishwasher, but there wasn’t one in the apartment, which was disappointing.
Despite these caveats, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place, especially if the kitchen space and the missing dishwasher isn’t a major concern.
