About this villa rental
## Space
We wanted to create an intimate residence offering discreet luxury and high-quality amenities, where the peaceful surroundings and natural environment would make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our property is set in wooded grounds featuring a mix of native, exotic, and Mediterranean species, and comprises a villa and two luxury apartments that can accommodate up to 18 people. While we have reserved a private space for each place of stay, we also wanted to create shared living spaces with a large swimming pool (10x5m), a place for meeting and socializing by the water with a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator available. There is also a multi-game area for everyone (petanque court, etc.). A gym and sauna are also available for guests to use free of charge.
Completely independent, it occupies the entire first floor of the building, covering an area of 165m², and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises:
Two air-conditioned suites with queen-size beds, LED TVs, shower rooms, toilets, and dressing rooms
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, LED TV, and dressing room
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, LED TV, and dressing room
- A shared shower room and toilet
- A laundry room
- A modern kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge with two large bay windows overlooking the 30m² south-facing terrace (wrought iron pergola with coconut canvas) offering a majestic view with colors that change throughout the day, which you will find hard to resist. The terrace has a dining area with garden furniture, a plancha grill, and a bar-style aperitif corner.

The villa has been designed to offer you pleasant and functional living spaces.
Private use of the residence:
With a capacity of 18 people, the Madrale residence can be reserved for private use by occupying one or more apartments. Please contact us for more information.
Our villa services included in your price:
- Household linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvets, pillows, blankets, etc.) and bathroom linen (towels and pool towels) are provided.
- Household linen, bathroom linen, and kitchen linen will be changed every weekend.
- An intermediate cleaning service will be provided at the end of each week for stays of 14 nights or more.
- End-of-stay cleaning service.
- Pets are accepted within certain size and weight limits. Maximum of one pet per stay and no access to common areas (swimming pool, gym, sauna).

Located on the mountain side of the village in the Reginu Valley Nature 2000 area, the residence overlooks the Reginu plain, Lake di E Cotule and the entire Balagne mountain range, all just a 10-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches of Balagne and Ile-Rousse.
