On the heights of Ile Rousse, villa type f5 located on 1100m2 of land planted and planted, large terrace of 100m2 with panoramic views of the sea, the russet islands and the mountains.

Cellar in the basement: washing machine, vacuum cleaner with bags, table and iron, separate toilet.
Living room: color TV with TNT, internet connection, reversible air conditioning.
Bathroom in the sleeping area: two sinks, large bath, storage, large mirrors
Powder room in the basement: large Italian shower, vanity unit with storage
Sleeps: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 sofa bed (living room)
Outside: table and chairs, rattan garden furniture, deckchairs, permanent barbecue.
On the lower level, 4X7m pool with secure gate, sun loungers
Pool house with hob, fridge, sink, and table and chairs (open, but out of the sun)
