Great communication and everything was perfect. Clean and very comfortable. Great location and very quiet.

Nice and clean on arrival. Only draw back was thatbeach access "across the street" was quite a hike up and down multiple stairs to get to the beach. Did leave a note to tell owner that the master bath toilet is wobbly and the 2nd bath shower door sticks quite badly. Both bath vents need to be dusted and cleaned.
