Welcome to our centrally located two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Saint Augustine! Our beautifully renovated condo offers a short six-minute walk to the beach just across A1A, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, it is less than 20 minutes away from the historic Fort San Marcos, allowing you to easily explore the city’s rich history and stunning architecture.
Inside the condo, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and luxury bedding for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed. The living room offers a memory foam queen sleeper sofa. Additionally, we have a twin rollaway bed conveniently stored in the closet, providing extra sleeping space if needed.
Enjoy the convenience of Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room with cable for each. Our complex offers a sparkling swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a boat slip for easy access to the water. This was my friend and my first time staying at this location for the month of March and it did not disappoint. Although the weather was iffy the first week, it definitely warmed up as the time went on. The pool is not heated and the ocean was quite cold, so swimming was not in our itinerary. However, the beach is awesome and sitting on the beach, walking or even riding bikes was perfect. The beach is right across the street. We also met a wonderful group of people that we played pickleball with regularly. The condo unit itself was very clean and comfortable for hanging out at night. Beds were comfortable too. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely go back.

We have had many successful stay using VRBO as our source but this one was a true find! We were not really familiar with the area at all but soon discovered how fortunate we were with our location. It was ideal! Situated between the beach and the Florida Intercoastal waterway, we had the best of both worlds - long morning walks on the beach that went on for miles and fabulous sunsets on the intercoastal!. We had one occasion that required that we reach out to our host, Jillian, and she was right on top of helping us out. The Crescent Beach area is close enough to historic St Augustine that it was an easy drive to enjoy what the city has to offer. We loved our time there and look forward to a return visit.

We did enjoyed our stay but we have a few suggestions for the homeowner's. 1st they need to improve the entrance sign to include the house address. The house was down off the road and then the sign did not have the house number. 2nd the large rock pathway at the front door needs to be updated with safety improvements. We had a family members who had great difficulties with the rocks at the entrance. One family member tripped and fell. 3rd they need to install flood lighting on each side of the house to give better vision at night. 4th the bunk room needs a few table lamps and a floor lamp. The lighting in that room was only mainly the ceiling light. Once the light was cut off there was limited lighting to get safely in the bed. 5th the shower off the hallway was not usable. The bottom of the shower was not safe enough for a senior to use. There were no shower mats. 6th the lightbulb on the front porch was out. We had to replace the light bulb. It made it hard get in the door when arriving back after dark. 7th the bed pillows in the bunk room need replacing. They are all worn out on all those bunk beds.
