Central Location: Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find supermarkets (EDEKA and a bakery), pharmacies, banks, a hair salon, and cafés.
Local Recreation: Relax at Lake St. Leon (2.2 km), where you can go water skiing, play mini-golf, or wind down the evening with a delicious meal overlooking the lake.
Action & Culture: The Hockenheimring (approx. 10 km) offers motorsports action, concerts, and the popular “Glücksgefühle” Festival. You can also visit the Aquadrom water park in Hockenheim or explore the historic city of Heidelberg (19 km) with Europe’s longest pedestrian zone. The Palatinate region, with its vineyards, and the city of Speyer (16 km), with its impressive cathedral, are perfect destinations for day trips.
Practical Information: SAP is only 5 km away, and bus stops are just a few minutes’ walk away.
