The Space:
Lovely 2-bedroom converted cottage on the site of Cranhill Farmstead - full of original features and restored using reclaimed materials, The Milking Parlour is bursting with character.
Just 4 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, it's an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to visit the amazing shops, theatres and restaurants.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the whole property, gated outside private patio, and shared access secure off road parking behind electric gates

The Neighborhood:
Rural, (lots of walks and countryside appeal) yet close to amenities; 4 miles from Stratford town centre. Best of both worlds!

Getting Around:
Private courtyard gated parking with coded electric gates.
Nearest bus stop 1 mile.

Other Things to Note:
PETS
We understand the following conditions may not be suitable for all dogs; you know your dog best, and we're happy to host your woofer if you are both happy with these extra house rules:

- no dogs left alone in the property (crated dogs may be left with prior consent)
- no dogs on the furniture
- no toileting in the patio or courtyard areas
- any damage caused to the property by pets will be chargeable

Any breach of these conditions will be liable to additional charges/penalties

**PLEASE NOTE the pet charge is PER DOG - the Airbnb system only adds for the first dog, so the cost for any additional dog will be added manually

Guests are politely asked to leave things as found - excessive mess will be classed as a breech of house rules and will be subject to an extra charge to cover extra cleaning, beginning at £40.

Strictly NO smoking on the entire site - this includes outside areas - any guest wishing to smoke must leave the site outside of the entrance gates

The price listed is based on 2 people sharing one room - For bookings of 2 guests where TWO rooms are required, the extra guest charge of £20 will be charged to cover the extra laundry

For any guest who uses/requires extra linens (eg towels) there will be an additional charge; starting at £10 depending on requirements

Check out is strictly 10am - late check out without prior agreement will be subject to a late check out fee starting from £25
