This beautiful condo is situated on the ocean side of The Omni Resort at Amelia Island, perfect for couples and families. You'll have great views and a location close to lots of shopping and dining options. The suite comes with a well-equipped kitchen, a large private balcony, a fireplace, a whirlpool tub, large TVs, and high-speed WiFi. Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.
Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community

Lucky to have this property available on such short notice! Well kept, clean and comfortable corner unit on the second floor of a very safe complex. Good ocean front views in quite setting. Would definitely stay again!

I found the size of the condo to be very nice. The view of the ocean nice.The furniture (couch, beds were old not comfortable. Bedspreads were old and need to be replaced.Cushions on Lani need to be replacedCleanliness excellentOnly had 2 regular spoonsCoffee pot is stained..old needs to be replacedIf the above were fixed this unit would be worth the cost per night.
