From this first-floor location, you'll have a view of the ocean and plenty of space on the back porch for entertaining. This suite is only steps to the beach or pool. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and free WiFi. Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.
Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community

Overall the condo was nice. The shower/tub in master is a little difficult to operate. And the mattresses need an upgrade- they’re very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay! Oh! The gate code to the pool was not correct- even speaking with other tenants, their codes weren’t accurate.

Everything was wonderful! We had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. Could have used a few more towels.

Unit location is excellent. Beyond that, everything about the unit needs a refresh. Beds and cushions are either lumpy or worn thin. Unit needed an up to date exterminator and sliding doors had broken handle and needed cleaning. Just expected more for the price.
Property leasing company Vacasa was difficult also. VRBO has been excellent for us, but this unit was disappointing.
